How do I place my order?

*Step 1: Browse through the site until you find the item you wish to purchase.

*Step 2: From the product page select the size and quantity, click “add to cart”.
(By clicking the “continue to shop” link you may add more items
to your cart for purchase.)

*Step 3: After adding all the items that you wish to purchase to your cart, you can begin
the checkout process.

**Items are only held for you once you complete your transaction. Adding an item to
your cart does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase it at a later shopping session.

How can I check the status of my order?

*You will receive an email when your order has shipped with a UPS or USPS tracking

number. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to load into system.

How can I make changes to my order?

*You can send address or order changes to zuriickservice@gmail.com. Changes can

only be made if your request is received before your order is shipped. Once the order has shipped, no changes can be made.

What if the Item I want is sold out?

*If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail.

*If there is an item that is out of stock, please email us at zuriickservice@gmail.com,

we will let you know the next date the item will be available.

What is your shipping policy?

*All domestic orders are shipped via UPS, excluding P.O. boxes which will ship via USPS.

*All orders are shipped out ground delivery. Please allow 4-6 days

*For expediated delivery options email us at zuriickservice@gmail.com for price quotes

on next day or 2-day delivery.

*Orders are processed M-F excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends, holidays,

or after 2pm mountain time will begin processing the next business day. Processing may take up to 48 hours.

*A $10.00 charge per package will be applied if there is an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Do you ship internationally?

*We ship worldwide everywhere the law will allow.

*International orders ship USPS Express Mail Service. Please allow 7-10 days.

*Flat rate of $40.00 for one pair, $15.00 for each additional.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are processed and shipped from Salt Lake City, Utah.

Sale Adjustment

*If an item you purchased is reduced from its regular price we will gladly offer a price adjustment refund for the difference within 14 days of your order date.

Pricing Policy

*Price Matching-never pay more at Zuriick.com

*At Zuriick we are committed to offering the best prices. If you find one of our items priced lower at another retailer please email us at zuriickservice@gmail.com and we will gladly meet that price.

What is your return/exchange policy?

*Zuriick wants you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, please let us
know. Email us at zuriickservice@gmail.com.

*All returns must be made within 21 days of receipt. Merchandise must be returned free
from any wear, customer incurred damage and still in it’s original packaging.

*All sale items are final, but may be exchanged for another item or store credit.
*Last Call Items are at final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

*Sale items that are further reduced can be adjusted with in 14 days of purchase.

**Please note: Footwear returns must be free of scuffing on soles. It is recommended
to try shoes on a carpeted surface to prevent any damage.

**Returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition. We suggest
shipping in an additional box as protection. Damages to or omission of the goods
or the box from your return may result in a fee. Upon receipt of returned goods,
Zuriick has the right to deny credits if the goods do not meet the return policy
Requirements.

*If all conditions are met, Zuriick is happy to refund the price of the returned item.

*Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

*Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but will not be charged shipping to
receive an exchanged item. Please refer to “how do I return an item” for specific
instructions.

How do I return or exchange an item?

*All orders are shipped with a return / exchange form. Click here if you need one.

*Fill out form clearly and completely.

*Pack and securely seal the merchandise, in original shiping box if possible. Send pre-paid and insured to:

*Zuriick will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost

packages without proof of delivery.

*When your return is received, we will credit the same credit card account with which the original purchase was made.

*We will process your return as soon as possible, but please allow 7-10 days for your

refund to be processed.

*For an exchange, you will receive a new tracking # via email.

What is your privacy policy?

*We respect your right to privacy.

*We collect only the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact

you regarding the status of your order, name, email address, shipping address.

*Zuriick does not store your credit card information.

*Zuriick will not rent or sell your name or personal information.

Can I return Sale items?

*All sale items are final. They can be exchanged or returned for store credit.
